AMBER HEARD AND JOHNNY DEPP SETTLE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE

After fighting to get Johnny Depp to sign off on a joint statement acknowledging he was violent towards her, Amber Heard has settled on one in which they both say their marriage was "at times volatile." The estranged couple
